Description

Many plug-ins do not need configurations and in consequence these should not be possible to create. There is a flaw in the GUI allowing the creation of configurations for any plug-in through the configuration listing page by choosing the "New..." button. The configuration creation through the plug-in definition listing page is blocked as it should be.
