Information on 'read' access to users needs clarification

Description
In Getting access to an item section of the base doc there is bullet saying
Users: You have read permission to all users that are members of at least one group where you also are a member. When a project is active, you also have read permission to all users of that project.
This is not completely true since all BASE users are members of group 'Everyone' and may cause some confusion for the reader. Also the first sentence should be highlighted since the requirement to read other users often missed by the 'normal' BASE user. (There are some other places in the docs where this should be highlighted.)
