Description
A user with role 'User' cannot share items to other users nor groups. Sharing more than one project works. The 'share' dialog accepts the selected share options with no complaint but the change does not take effect. Re-opening the 'share' dialog will not show the newly made changes ...

A workaround is to assign the user to a role that has SHARE_TO_EVERYONE permissions.
