Support preset filter list with null/not null values

Description
Currently, when a preset filter uses a list of predefined values you either have to search for a specific value or allow all values. Sometimes it would be useful to also be able to search for a null (or not null) value. The 'null' alternative should of course only be visible if the column in question allow null values.
This ticket is somewhat related to #962.
