Update MySQL JDBC driver to 5.0.6 when it is released

Description
This includes a fix for the problem that caused #488. The same problem is currently stopping everyone with MySQL 5.0.27 from using useCursorFetch=true.

Note that 5.0.6 is not yet released by MySQL.
