unable to view samples on "samples" page

Description
There appears to be a problem with the "samples" page (on http://base2.thep.lu.se:8080/base2/). I can add samples, and the number of hits is specified, ie the sample is indeed added, however it doesnt show up in the list. In fact no information at all (eg column headers) is shown. Also, if I from "biosources" page try to add a sample by clicking on the "+" in the samples column, I get error "could not execute query" after clicking on "save".
