Display more info about items in Experiment overview

When you click on an item in the tree on the left side the right side displays some information about the error/warning. The right side should also display more information about the item, for example the name/description and maybe other properties that has to be decided from item type to item type. It would be useful if the annotation values are displayed.

(In [3515]) Fixes #503: We now display annotation and protocol parameter values for annotatable items. If more info is needed for other item types, this should be added as separate tickets for each type of item.
