Description

WindowsXP Apache 5.5.15 Base2.3.0 trunk

-AnnotationType defined and declared as 'MIAME required' taking values from an array of 4 possible values when used to annotate Biomaterial. -Creation of an Experiment with set of annotated biomaterials setting MIAME required information when necessary. -Running the 'Experiment Overview' always reports missing MIAME required annotation even if actually set.

I am not sure but the 

if (protocol == null || protocol.isParameter(at))

on line 1581 seems strange. It should probably be: !protocol.isParameter(at)
