Description
As a part of our effort in an EU project http://www.eu-acgt.org we will create connectivity between R and BASE.

The R/BASE connectivity is accomplished as one of the clients at http://baseplugins.thep.lu.se/wiki/se.lu.thep.webservices_clients Basically, a connection from R to BASE is provided. The functionality available in those clients is what we need. Further development may be done if requests are made through the base plug-ins web site.
We are not users of BioConductor and therefore we need outside input to be able to improve the clients. Please use the BASE plug-ins wiki for communication about R/BASE connectivity.
