Biomaterial LIMS as a top-level menu item

Description
The menu under "View" is growing large since all new items seems to end up in this submenu. My suggestion is that we break out the biomaterial-related items from this menu and add them to a new top-level menu item: Biomaterial LIMS.
The change should not be difficult. Major part will be to update the docbook documentation.

(In [4695]) References #1200 The biomaterial submenu-items are now moved to a top-menu of their own. The documentation should be updated before closing this ticket.
