Description
For a table that lists reporters/reporter info it would be useful to be able to specify a reporter list as a filter. That is, by selecting a reporter list, only display items that match (or does not match) the content of the reporter list.
The user interface could consist of a column with a header including a drop–down menu from which a reporter list is selected. In this specific column, the table fields could display true or false depending on whether the listed items have a reporter that match (true) or does not match (false) the content of the selected reporter list. In addition to the drop-down menu, radio buttons could be available in the column header so that the user can choose to display; any, true, or false (similar to the Has data column for the Raw bioassays view table).
The possibility to filter a table using a reporter list should be available in all tables that list reporters/reporter info, e.g., see ticket:1015.
This ticket would, together with ticket:1015, make ticket:773 obsolete. In ticket:773, functionality to filter reporters based on Array design is described. The same functionality can be achieved by the possibility to create a reporter list with reporters from an array design and then use that list as a filter.

I think this should now be working, but I may have missed a list somewhere. Please test.
