TOC is to big

Description
The table of contents of the documentations is getting big. Maybe its time to just add chapters of max depth 2.

I don't agree. I think it is good that it is big. In the beginning the TOC was two levels only and I found that I often had to go to the TOC for each chapter just to find out was I was looking for wasn't there. The TOC was changed to 4 levels after a discussion among project members. Compare with the Hibernate documentation (http://www.hibernate.org/hib_docs/v3/reference/en/html/) that has the same number of levels (except that they don't have any 'parts').
