Create an 'Archive and Download' button from the 'File and directories' View

Description
Rationale: Help the Process of depositing data to public repositories. Once a tab2mage file has been generated by the tab2mage export plugin, the button would allow creation of an archive ready to be submitted to e.g. ArrayExpress.
step1: export a tab2mage file step2: select all data files (raw + transformed) and tab2mage file step3: click the 'Archive and Download' button to bundle and compress the files
Note: The functionality was not included in that tab2mage export plugin in order to allow plugin users to check the tab2mage file before creating the archive.
