Innherit BASE 1 sample annotations to BASE 2 RawBioAssays during migration

Description
The migration program should innherit the sample annotation from the sample representing channel 1 in a rawbioassay down to the rawbioassay. Okay, this was not transparent but Nicklas knows what to do.
