The "Select All" checkbox in the "Edit annotations" dialog should only select among visible annotations

The "Edit annotations" dialog has a filter selection that can be used to only display annotations that match a certain annotation type category. This is often used to limit the display to the most relevant annotations.

The "Select All" checkbox can be used to toggle the "selected" status for the annotations. However, this also toggles the selection for all the hidden annotations. This could cause an unpleasant surprise if the selection is used with the "Delete" functionality since it will also delete annotations that are not visible.
