Use raw data type as subtype when matching annotation categories

Description
When editing annotations for an item the list is typically limited to annotations belonging to a category with the same name as the subtype of the item. While this works well for biomaterial and other items that have a subtype it doesn't currently work for raw bioassays.
It would nice if the raw data type could be used as a subtype for matching against categories.
