Filtering on the "Permission" column don't display the filter icon

See the attached images.

This may not seem like a big issue, but may lead to confusion if the "Permission" column is hidden. Normally, this leads to a warning-filter icon that makes it possible to quickly show all hidden columns with a filter.

If the only filter is on the "Permission" there is no indication that the result has been filtered.

(In [7116]) Fixes #1996: Filtering on the "Permission" column don't display the filter icon

Changes in ColumnDef fixes this issue.

There is a related issue with the "-" icon for clearing a single filter row. This is fixed by the changes in ItemContext.
