Store title and description of plugin parameters, not just the name

Description
When viewing the list of parameters sent to a job, the list only includes the internal parameter names for the plugin. But, while the job is created the parameters are displayed with a title and description. It would be nice if the title and description was also stored in the datbase and could be used when displaying the parameters later.
