Description
See attached image. The textarea should use the full height of the form and there should be no scrollbar.

(In [6118]) Fixes #1723: Expression builder dialog displays incorrectly in Internet Explorer
As usual, automatic resizing of <textarea> elements don't work in IE, but the dialog looks better now.
