Install help texts in flexisble way

Description

Currently there is no other way to install help texts than to hard-code them in the installation program. A more flexible way would be to store them in an external file (XML-format?) that the installation program read during installation. See also ticket #146 and #161.

(In [2204]) Fixes #162. Install help texts in flexible way. Also a couple of helptexts example in the xml-file to import.
