Description
Currently it goes to http://base.thep.lu.se/chrome/site/doc/html/index.html but it should be http://base.thep.lu.se/chrome/site/latest/html/index.html

(In [5638]) Fixes #1609: Menu item Help -> Help ... links to obsolete web location
This changes the link for new installations. For existing installations, an admin should use Administrate -> Server settings -> Links and change the URL for the "Help" entry to: http://base.thep.lu.se/chrome/site/latest/html/index.html

I have created a symbolic link on the server so the above url should work again.
