Change default create date for samples (and other items).

Description

When adding Samples the Created date is by default set to current date. This is a dangerous default as users normally overlook this and save samples without changing to an appropriate date, i.e., the creation date of the sample in the lab. The Registered date is of course automatically and correctly set to the current date, i.e., the date the sample item was registered (created) in BASE.

A more appropriate default would be not to set the date (have it undefined).
