Annotation importer doesn't save "Owned by ..." parameter values

Description
It seems like the annotation importer doesn't save which option has been selected for any of the "Owned by ..." options in the 3rd step in the wizard. All other options seems to be saved as expected. The result of this is that a user can only annotate items he/she is the owner. It may also work to with item in the active project but I have not verified this.

There is no known workaround for this problem.
