BioAssaySetExporter should export ratio values instead of log-ratio for MeV-format

Description
MeV expects ratio-values. Using the "Launch MeV" tool in BASE loads the bioassayset data into MeV with java webstart. The data export sends the log-ratio values to MeV but MeV seems to expect ratio-values. About half of the spots are grayed out in MeV because the have a negative "ratio". Clicking on a spot opens the "Spot information" (see attached file) dialog which reveals that the "Ratio" value is the same as the log-ratio that was exported from BASE.
