Illumina data is exported from the scanner or BeadStudio. The two sources must fit into one raw data type. Intensity plug-ins are needed to support these data sources, and to allow creation of root bioassaysets.
Recipes for data file creation in the scanner and BeadStudio are needed.
This ticket will be divided into sub-tickets.
