Description
- First you must have at least two Affymetrix raw bioassays.
- Go to the Raw bioassays list page
- Select the affymetrix raw bioassays
- Click on the "New experiment" button.
- An error message is displayed:
The raw data type of the selected raw bioassays are not the same. It is not possible to mix raw data types in an experiment.
On the other hand, if you create the experiment from the experiments list page everything works as expected.

Summary: | Creating an experiment with Affymetrix raw bioassays says: Raw data types doesn't match → Error when creating an experiment: Raw data types doesn't match |
I have found the problem. The reason it doesn't work the second time is that the raw data type of the first experiment is remembers and is then automatically re-used the second time. The most recently used raw data type should of course be ignored when raw bioassays has already been selected. This problem can happen for any raw data type if you create two experiments with different raw data types in a row.

I have an additional comment to make. Before trying to create the Affymetrix experiment I had successfully created a Genepix experiment with for Genepix raw bioassays. After the failure with the Affymetrix experiment, I get the same error if I try to create a second Genepix experiment. In fact, the error is also displayed if I only select a single raw bioassay!
