Description

Depends on #721.

The list of items selected as project default items should be extended to include a platform and variant. The web interface needs to be updated to use the default values.

The update must also change the value for project with 'affymetrix' as the current default raw data type to 'platform.affymetrix'. It also sets the default platform.
