Use docbook's stylesheet in BASE2's helptexts

Description

The helptexts generated from the documentation(docbook) source need the stylesheets from docbook as well. Some of the styles need to be modified to suite the handsome BASE2-look before they are added to help.css .

TestHelp now import web client help texts as part of the test. Useful for checking that the texts comes out as expected.

Generate <ui> tag for <userinput> element. Modified style sheets to get a nicer look.

Implemented possibility to use <seeother> and <other> to link between help texts in web client.

Well, it is fixed, but we add missing styles when we find out about them.
