Add date of html pages generation to the first page
I think there should be date displayed on the first page of the document. This date should display when the last change was committed to the document. The tracking must be automatic of course.
If this is hard to accomplish, maybe one could resort to display the date when the document was generated (either html, pdf, ...). This could then be used when regenerating the document, i.e., no regeneration is performed if no changes was made and the date will not change.
