build from source doesn't include misc/sql/*.sql

Description
For the first time builder-from-source, I think it would be useful to have misc/sql/createdb.*.sql transfered into the binary package.
It doesn't at the moment.

Fixed by ticket #412: Fix build.xml to make it more developer-friendly
