Should more docs be shipped with the binary package?

Description

As it is now only installation.html is shipped. Should we include admin and user docs? Shouldn't installation.html be moved into doc in the package? If no more docs are shipped there should at a minimum be information saying where to find more docs.

Should we ship the sample extended-properties.xml files?

Should 'tomcat_with_java_1.5.txt' be removed from repo?

If I do 'ant dist' the /doc/admin directory is included.

(In [2972]) References #383 and #412. Include some files from the misc directory in distribution. Make sure all scripts get the execute permissions. Moved minimalisit_extended-properties.xml.
