Check Affymetrix CEL files vs Affymetrix Array Design during file upload

Description

CEL files contains information about the ArrayDesign used to generated it. This information could be used to:

  • either autoselect the ArrayDesign (CDF file) when creating a new Raw bioassay
  • or check for consistency between CEL file and ArrayDesign selection

This check would be beneficial to avoid downstream Data manipulation failures (eg when using the RMA plugin)

The failure to establish the proper connection with cel's and cdf's affectes the RMAplugin: ​http://baseplugins.thep.lu.se/ticket/19

When the verification has been implemented it should no longer be possible to change the CDF file of an array design since that would undo the verification which some analysis plugin may depend on.
