Description

When setting an 'annotationType' as ExperimentalFactor? in a given Experiment, all values associated to that 'AnnotationType?' are displayed from the Experiment View, irrespective of the actual values used in that specific experiment. A filter is needed here.

Still on the Experiment Item View, Allow Editing of Experimental Factor Values associated to Raw BioAssays? (possibly using inherited annotation mechanism) as when displaying Annotations associated to a Sample.

This would allow late stage linking of Factor Values and RawBioAssays? necessary for a MIAME compliant submission to ArrayExpress?.
