Display extra values in data tables and other places

Description

In the current implementation it is not possible to display extra values in the data tables or in the experiment explorer. It should also be possible to use extra values for filtering. See also #342: Plot tool should be able to use extra values.

Extra values are now displayed in a number of places. Added JepExtraValueCalculator plugin. Code needs to be cleaned up.
