Allow results from multiple arrays to be viewed in a single table

Description
It would be very handy to be able to see the results from multiple arrays in one table (including spot images). For instance, there could be an additional tab under Experiments->Experimentname->bioassaysetname (next to "overview plots") called "Raw data".
Selecting this would bring up a table that has all of the data from the bioassays in that bioassayset. It should also include columns for Raw bioassay name and any annotations associated with the bioassay. This way one could filter the table on, say, a reporter of interest, and quickly see how that reporter performed across all of the arrays in the experiment, if there were any spot anomolies in certain bioassays, etc.

This describes the Experiment explorer which already is an item on our TODO.
I've opened a tast ticket:299 dedicated to the Experiment Explorer.
should be enhancement, not defect.
