Linking of files to items

Some features require that files can be linked to other items. For example

• An analysis plugin may want to link generated files to the transformation/bioassayset
• The affymetrix plugins needs several files to be able to import data
• Files as annotations to items
• More?

This needs to be solved in some way or another. Ticket #107 (Any-to-any relation) is maybe a solution, but it may be too general to be usable. An extension to the FileAttachable interface may be another solution.
