Strange mouse-over message in some places

Description
An example is when changing roles for an account the mouse-over message when hoovering over a permission type, the message hints on different click options that does not work.

Most of it has now been fixed. There is one thing left: If a user doesn't have write permission on an item the tooltip still says: View this item (use CTRL, ALT or SHIFT to edit). This happens on all list pages.
