Base1 plug-in executer enhancements
- Export annotations
For each BioAssay the annotation from the sample in ch1 should be exported in 'section assays'
- Export matrix
The executer must be able to export the data in matrix format
- Read stdout
The stdout stream from the process should be written to a file 'stdout.txt'. Every file created by the plug-in should be checked if it is a basefile and imoported into the database
