Can't run an analysis plugin with Internet explorer

Description
Go to a bioassay set in an experiment. Click the "Run plugin" button. An popup window is opened, and also an error message:
Rad: 50 Tecken: 5 Fel: Objektet stöder inte egenskapen eller metoden
Closing the error message leaves the "Run analysis plugin" dialog with empty lists for the plugin and configuration.

Problem was that a form with the same name as an undeclared JavaScript? variable.
