Biomaterial quantities are not updated when used

Description

I just noticed one error in the BASE2 about the quantity.

For example, I created one sample, MYO001 with original quantity, 10μg, when I create an extract from this sample, for example, MYO001.e1, with original quantity 8μg, and I use sample MYO001 for 5μg. However, the program seems not save that change, and the left quantity for MYO001 is still 10μg.

I also found this bug on the demo server.

This works on the latest build. Tested on build #2277.
