PermissionDeniedException when creating images if not logged in as root

Description
If you are not logged in as root you will get a PermissionDeniedException? if you try to create a new image for a scan. Goto: View -> Scans -> select scan -> Images
Click the "New" button. The PermissionDeniedException? is displayed.
