Delete/Restore directories with the "Search" function in the file manager

Description

The Delete/Restore functionality is not working for directories when using the "Search" function.

If no item is selected BASE will display a message: Please select at least one item... Selecting a directory items seems to just reload the page without actually doing anything. Selecting a file items marks the file for deletion (or restores it).

The "Search" functionality uses a subcontext ("search") for settings, but only the default context was used in a couple of places.
