Hidden notification in table lists

Description

If clicking on, for example, the Share... or Set owner... button in a table list without selecting any items a notification is displayed: Please select at least one item in the list.

This notification is hidden below the table headers and sticky column (implemented in #2246) due to a missing z-index specification.
