Implement batch importer for any-to-any links

Description
The batch importer should be started from a list page and this defines the FROM item type. The importer would then need the usual identifier (name or id, and maybe some more) to find the specific item to attach the link to.
A link name must be provided, a description is optional.
A target item type and identifier is of course also required.
