Add option to create a private item list

Description
When new items are created they are by default shared to the currently active project. This is typically a good thing. On the other hand, item lists are often used to solve a filtering/search problem and it may make more sense to keep them private. This can of course be fixed by manually removing the sharing to the project, but it is a lot of clicks. It would be nice to have an option in the "new item list" dialog to not share it to the current project.
