Display information about item list membership

It is possible to filter a list by membership in item lists. But the column is always empty. It would be nice if the lists could be displayed in the column.

It would also be nice if the list membership was displayed in a section on the single-item view.

Added "Owner" column to the table with item lists.

Display "n/a" in the "Last synced" column if the item list doens't have any sync filters.
