Position of "Not logged in" header

Description

If a user is logged out of BASE and then tries to interact a "Not logged in" message is displayed. The header with the title is aligned to the left and the red error message is center-aligned which looks a bit "ugly". It would be nice if the title could be place immediately over the red error message.
