Remove workaround for unquoted table name bug

Description
A bug (or something) in Hibernate causes database schema updates to use unquoted table names when adding columns to an existing table (see comment:26:ticket:2084). A workaround was implemented in [7391]. The workaround should be removed when Hibernate has been fixed.
