Hello, I would like to gain access to BASE to analyse my microarray data. I am really new to this technique and would like to know how I can get a user login. Please advice me how I can do it.. I could find the information on the website.

Please use the MailingLists for requests like this. This site is for the development of BASE, i.e., not a service to store and analyse data.

BASE is a server application that you can download, install and deploy for your research group. If you not have access to a server (we do not provide server service) then you need to set up a computer and install the BASE server on that machine. Information on how to set up BASE is found in the can be found on the first page of this ​trac wiki.
