Description
Hello, I would like to gain access to BASE to analyse my microarray data. I am really new to this technique and would like to know how I can get a user login. Please advice me how I can do it.. I could find the information on the website.

Please use the MailingLists for requests like this. This site is for the development of BASE, i.e., not a service to store and analyse data.
BASE is a server application that you can download, install and deploy for your research group. If you not have access to a server (we do not provide server service) then you need to set up a computer and install the BASE server on that machine. Information on how to set up BASE is found in the can be found on the first page of this trac wiki.
