Table exporter in file manager doesn't export what is displayed

Description
It seems like the table exporter doesn't apply the current directory filter and export all files. If "all pages" is selected it will export all files in the file system. If "current page" is selected it will export 30 files. Selecting a few files and using the "Selected items" option works as expected.
Note that this "bug" can also be a feature so I think we should not include this fix prior to #1881 which is better if wanting to export files in different folders.
